The kitchen at Don's Digital Café is called "BISTRO 150" because it features 100% Certified Organic produce (fruits, herbs and vegetables) that are grown within 150 miles of our office.

Revolutionary as well as evolutionary, BISTRO 150 meets the needs for anyone who is willing to abandon the Standard American Diet (SAD) in favor of the world's healthiest diet, and for those who believe that food can be used to cure and prevent degenerative diseases.

Bistro 150 exists to encourage people to include more fresh, raw and living foods (especially fruits, vegetables and greens in their diet), and set the example by making delicious Organic foods, snacks, juices, smoothies, teas, coffees and espressos available in the workplace.

Note from Raster Master:  The word "Bistro" means "a small unpretentious café".  It originated in France, but now is used for Mediterranean, Chinese, Italian, Thai, Asian, and just about every style of cooking used in American Restaurants and Cafés.
